Abstract

The development or lack thereof of a sense of belonging, as a feeling that promotes the formation of values in forensic experts, encompasses internal and external components in the organizational sphere of Cuban forensics. A significant lack of this feeling in individuals influences their well-being and the quality of their work. The compilation of results derived from document analysis and inductive-deductive reasoning of the forensic expert's interaction with the work environment is a key component. These results are aimed at fostering values or feelings that contribute to greater permanence and quality in forensic criminal investigations.
