Abstract

This article examines the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the prediction and analysis of complex systems in the context of urban criminology in Angola. Through an interdisciplinary approach that combines the foundations of critical criminology and advanced computational methods, it explores how predictive models can be used to understand and anticipate patterns of urban crime. The research highlights the transformative potential of AI to inform public security policies and prevent crime, while respecting ethical principles and fundamental rights.
