This study analyzed the influence of internal communication on school management at the Instituto Técnico de Saúde de Moçâmedes, with the aim of assessing its impact in 2024. A mixed, descriptive-exploratory approach was adopted, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The research used methodological triangulation, combining interviews, questionnaires, observation guides, and documentary analysis for a comprehensive view of the problem. Statistical methods applied included the Chi-square test, ANOVA, and Spearman's Correlation to identify associations between the analyzed variables. The results indicated that perceptions of internal communication varied between the groups studied. While managers considered it relatively efficient, teachers and students pointed out significant flaws, such as lack of clarity in information transmission, low interaction, and limited participation in institutional decisions. The research proposed strategic actions, highlighting the need to update communication channels to improve school management. The conclusions emphasized the relevance of the study, suggesting improvements in educational quality and school performance, as well as stressing the importance of inclusive and efficient communication in the Angolan context. The research innovated by addressing internal communication at the Instituto Técnico de Saúde de Moçâmedes, proposing an adaptation of school management to a more collaborative model.
