Abstract

The present study has an exploratory character and is developed in an environment of discovery of the logic of implementation the system of rewards and social benefits. Its general objective is to understand how the company under study defines and structures its reward system, also intending to know which components are attributed to workers, including the variable component, to know what rewards and social benefits are attributed to professors at INSUTEC. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a bibliographic research methodology was used and an interview was applied to the person in charge of Human Resources responsible for managing the reward system. According to the data obtained, it was possible to verify that the general guidelines of the reward system of the company under study are defined centrally, at the management level and then implemented for teachers, taking into account the internal and external context.
