Performance Assessment as a Professional Development Tool for Employees in Organizations
Abstract
This article seeks to show performance evaluation as a tool for professional development of employees in organizations, presenting the basic concepts, considering the most diverse methods of performance evaluation, from the traditional to the most modern, currently used by companies. This study sought to rely on bibliographic research, in order to gather relevant information on the subject under study. Through this research, we seek to demonstrate the importance of using the performance evaluation tool by the most organizations diverse as a way to be able to evaluate and consequently improve the performance of their employees in the accomplishment of their tasks, in this way the organization can achieve the desired results and boosting the development of the professionals who make up the same, presenting the best performance.
