The basis of commitment is responsibility. It is not possible to fulfill with quality a commitment about something specific, without a significant share of responsibility. Therefore, both concepts are closely related in the process of identifying, developing, and assessing human capital. Every professional, as part of their professional qualities, must commit to providing society and their entity with a quality service, through which they are recognized and respected. In the work environment, it is essential to fulfill work commitments, this means specifying the planned projects and objectives. Therefore, commitment is, in turn, an ability that people have to internalize the importance of fulfilling their work within the established deadlines with professionalism, responsibility and loyalty.
