Validation of a Methodology for the Criminal Investigation of the crime of Procuring

The article presents the theoretical foundations and the validation process of a methodology that integrates the main organizational, technical, legal and operational components of the confrontation with the crime of Pimping, a scientific-methodological, functional, legal-operational and management tool to improve the substantiation of criminal proceedings in the criminal investigation of this crime. To validate the methodology, the expert evaluation method was used at three levels (competence, instrumental validity and consensus). Among the statistical techniques applied are; descriptive statistics, reliability analysis (Crombach's coefficient and Intraclass Correlation), bilateral bivariate correlations and non-parametric tests (Kendall concordance and Chi-square), the data were processed with the SPSS v25 program. It was validated from the theoretical-conceptual point of view that the proposed methodology is a useful, important, necessary, current and easy to apply instrument in the criminal investigation of the crime of pimping by the bosses and specialists who face this activity.
